42nd Street  80% Beefburgers are produced from prime forequarter and flank cuts of beef, renowned for being the best for beefburgers.   42nd Street Beefburgers are superb tasting beefburgers when deep fried, grilled or char-grilled.   Cook from frozen. Deep fry for 4-6 minutes at 180oC. Heat griddle to 200oC. Cook for 10- 12minutes turning frequently.
