Original Batter Powder. Instructions for use: Add 40g of batter powder to every 6kg of plain flour. Mix thoroughly to a thick paste with cold water. Beat for 3 minutes and add more water to achieve the required batter thickness. For best results allow to stand for 2 hours before using.
