Frozen chicken kebab meat authentically marinated in herbs and spices.

Supplied in a 10lb vacuum bag.

Place the required amount onto a kebab machine skewer. On full heat and with rotating skewer, cook for approximately one hour before serving.  Allow each layer to cook before serving the next layer , approximately 2 minutes, cutting a thin layer each time.
