A cake doughnut mix which only requires the addition of water. Add water and mix for 1 minute on slow. Scrape down. Mix for 2.5 minutes on medium or until smooth. Do not overmix. Check the batter temperature is between 25 - 30 degrees centigrade. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before use. Place batter in hopper and deposit at required weight. Fry at 190 degrees centigrade for 2 minutes each side.
