"Steeping Add 1 tablet to every 500g of peas, cover amply with boiling water, wait for a full minute to allow the tablets to absorb the water and then stir and the tablets will dissolve. Leave to steep for at least 8 hours. Cooking Place the peas and 1 tablet for every 500g of peas, in boiling water and SIMMER gently, DO NOT BOIL, for 20 minutes. As the tablets will cut down the cooking time care should be taken to make sure that the peas are not over-cooked."
