Q 10.8 is a high performance refined & deodorised beef dripping produced for us in mainland Europe. Q 10.8 is produced from the best quality raw material available to ensure that the product will perform even under the most rigorous deep frying conditions. Q 10.8 contains a naturally occurring anti-oxidant to provide Fish Friers with a deodorised beef dripping that has a significantly longer frying-life than standard, deodorised beef drippings. Q 10.8 is packed a very easy to use 4 x 2.5kg configuration and each 2.5kg block is wrapped in parchment paper.
